Yes, all plants and hard goods are carefully packed using recycled, recyclable and compostable materials. No plastic waste - even our packing tape and stickers are 100% recycled/recyclable!
At present, no. But we will never rule this option out - keep your eyes peeled for future customisable products!

All orders placed online are debited on receipt of order. To add or remove items, please email chris@sustainableplantstore.com immediately. We cannot unfortunately amend orders once they have been dispatched.
VAT receipts are available once you have received all your goods. Please email chris@sustainableplantstore.com to request copies.
When placing your order, please ensure you add an email address so that we can send you a confirmation upon completion of your order. This will confirm product details, delivery address, delivery instructions and anticipated delivery dates.
Your order will be on its way. We never dispatch orders during planned postal strikes or over bank holidays if including live plants, but sometimes delivery can be delayed due to various other factors like bad weather or during busy periods such as Christmas.
Please be patient, as orders can take up to 4 days to arrive. If, after this time you still haven't received your goods, please email chris@sustianableplantstore.com

We currently only offer delivery to EU countries for Galanthus ONLY orders. We regret that we cannot post other live plants and hard goods outside of the UK, due to challenges post Brexit.

Absolutely! Coir pots are made from coconut husks and binded with a natural latex, so are 100% biodegradable and enrich the soil too!
