Shipping for all products within the UK only via Royal Mail, DPD and DHL

Standard 1-2 Day (orders dispatched within 5 business days) - £6.95
Guaranteed Next Day (orders dispatched same or following business day) - £12.00
Seeds ONLY (orders dispatched within 5 business days) - £2.49
Local pick-up - FREE (by appointment only)
EU (Galanthus only) - £35.00

Process time

Plants, bulbs and hard goods - Posted within 1-5 working days.
Galanthus (Snowdrop) bulbs outside of the UK - All orders will be dispatched when bulbs are dormant in around Aug/Sept. Please email if you have any queries, but a flat fee of £35.00 applies to cover Phytosanitary certificates, CITES certificates, carriage and 3rd party fees. Any questions, please email chris@sustainableplantstore.com. A response will usually be provided within 24 hours.

Returns

Sustainable Plant Store will accept returns on all non-personalised products, excluding live plants/bulbs. Please contact within 3 days of receiving your order and return item within 21 days of purchase if the product is damaged or dissatisfactory, for a full refund.

If the 21 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately Sustainable Plant Store cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and it must be in the same condition as you received it. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Once received, your refund will be processed within 7-10 days. If you haven't received your refund within the allowed time, please check it with your bank first as it could be a delay in processing on their end.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or dead, we can't accept returns for live plants.

Order Missing/Lost

Please allow 5-7 working days from postage day for your order to arrive. If you still have not received your order, please email chris@sustainableplantstore.com for a replacement or full refund.
