Galanthus 'S. Arnott' x 3 bulbs

A snowdrop of good stature, vigour and great scent. Named after Samuel Arnott, born in Dumfries in 1852, who was a keen gardener and Galanthophile. He found this particular form in his garden and knew instantly that it would go on to become a firm favourite in other gardens around the world. The markings are not dissimilar to the common snowdrop, but S. Arnott boasts much bigger flowers with a honey-scented fragrance. One of the best!
