Galanthus 'Uncle Dick'

The long slender outer petals on this snowdrop form a canopy over stunning shades of green on the inner segments, fading from dark green to an almost yellow-green near the ovary. Lovely wide, glaucous leaves. Now considered quite a rare cultivar. Named by E.A.Bowles in honour of his great friend and travelling companion Richard Durant (Dick) Trotter (1887-1968) of Leigh Vale, Surrey.
